Scene 1: Nurse Boobie has been left rope-bound and tape-gagged in an exam room. The Doctor discovers her there, but instead of untying her, he adds more ropes, and gives her a complimentary breast exam. She's not happy about that. The Doc ties Nurse Boobie's elbows together and leaves her by herself. She hops into the corner and then slides to the floor, unable to escape.
