            “Yeah, I like the development in my arms, biceps, triceps, and forearms:  a lot of strength development,” Leo said to his P.T. who had come to make an unusual “house call.”  He had suggested to Leo that he try a new method he was developing to maximize flexing with resulting muscular development.
 
            “It’s bigger than steroids!” the P.T. said.
 
            “OK, let’s try it,” Leo said, flexing his powerful arms in his wife beater.  “What do I have to do?”
 
            The P.T.’s heart was racing in his chest.  He knew this was a set-up.  He had fantasized for weeks about having Leo bound and gagged.  “Have to go slow and careful,” he thought.  With missing a beat he blotted out: “Well, put your arms behind your back so I can bind your wrists with this rope here!” 
 
            Leo had a strange look on his face, “Say what?”

           “Put your arms behind your back so I can tie up your hands.  You will feel the stress of your upper arms at your sides, staining especially your triceps.  As your work to get free, your biceps too get a full workout --- better than curls!
 
            Leo smiled.  “Sure,” and put his hands behind his back.  His P.T. crossed his wrists, and soon the clothesline was tight and snug around his crossed wrists.  Leo felt it to be a little too tight, but decided to say nothing so as not to look like a wimp. 
 
             “There, now break free and be sure to flex your arms a lot.”  Leo began to turn his wrists and lift his bound hands up and down his back, flexing his biceps against his sides.  He noticed a surge of power in his arms.  “Hey, I think you have something here.  This is a workout for sure,” Leo stated as his struggled against the ropework on his hands, numbing up as he spoke.  “Listen:  why not tie me up all the way?  I could give my legs a workout at the same time.
 
            The P.T.s heart jumped to his throat.  “Sure.  Put your legs together.”  Leo complied as his feet and legs were bound with the rope.  “Say, to make this real, let me gag you like you were robbed and the robber left you all tied up!”  Leo smiled.  “Go ahead!”  He took out Leo’s workout bandanna from his back pocket as used it as a gag.  Leo smiled.
 
            “OK, Escape.  And flex those muscles.  I’m going to take some pictures to ‘debrief’ you latter.
 
            Leo nodded and began to struggle and flex.  He got to his feet, and began to hop to the door, somehow now excited about being all tied up.  He even got to the doorknob and tried to open it.  The P.T. sensed Leo was into it as he clicked pictures, and grabbed him and shoved him to the floor.  “Trying to escape?  You’re my hostage!” 
 
            Leo played along and kept struggling, finally getting the gag out of his mouth.  It fell down his chin and he looked up at the trainer:
 
            “Say, you got any more rope in there.  I think you should tie my arms, then hogtie me, and, if you go to the closet, there is some duct tape.  Make this gag good. And tape my eyes.
 
            As you could imagine, the Physical Trainer was all too happy to comply as he tightly hogtied Leo, photographing his flexing and sweating as Leo learned the way of the rope.
