In Act III of The Chairman, The Ex-employee and owner of The Chairman double crossed The Chairman's buyer and kept the Chairman, after collecting the money from the buyer. In Act IV, the owner has used the sale money to buy a house and upgrade her own wardrobe and The Chairman's wardrobe. Now, her new plan is to further use the Chairman for her profit by renting her out to worthy customers for their pleasure and use, while bound and gagged, of course. Act IV documents the owner taking many advertising pics of The Chairman and posting them, while The Chairman struggles in her usual strict tape bondage and tape gag. Then the owner returns, puts The Chairman into a tight duct tape hogtie and takes more pics for advetising.
