The Powerpuff Girls and Professor Utonium are away on vacation, leaving Townsville vulnerable to the dastardly deeds of the evil Mojo Jojo! And this mutant monkey has a new plan up her sleeve. See has invented a device that once activated will render everyone in Townsville completely immobile! But something is wrong, it seems the device is malfunctioning! Before she knows it, the device turns on Mojo and she finds herself attacked by mysterious ropes! These ropes tie her to the bed, leaving her spread eagled to the bed posts. She struggles and tries to wiggle her way out, but it's no use. Finally it seems the device has had enough of Mojo's incessant ramblings and decides to stuff her mouth, as well. All Mojo can do is struggle and grunt against the gags in her mouth. Will the Powerpuff Girls help her when they get back from vacation? How long will she have to wait?
