Replacement Dancer When I got the call that I landed the lead in the show Friday I was so happy. Was staying in a room close by just in case it did come in and was relaxing after the day’s workout a few blocks from the venue. Really was not paying much attention to the cleaning girl though for some reason she REALLY did look familiar. Guess I need to start paying more attention at rehearsal as it was the dancer I just got called up to replace, Nyxon and she is not to happy. Let’s just say the tables are quickly turned and looks like I just won’t be making it to the show but Nxyon is sure ready to fill in for me. Seems she had some “inside” information and help but that’s for another day. All I know is I spent the night bound and gagged as they say, the show went on.
