Im feeling fit and really enjoy working out since finishing hiking 2200 miles. I am house sitting and there is a corner of workout equipment that I have never used nor know how to but what better time to experment and try them out. This segment is all about the stretchy rubber bands w handles;) I have no clue what to do, but I sure give it my best try. I attempt to work out my arms, my legs and well, of course my mouth as I keep talking and sharing with you what im trying to do and how I think im doing it wrong and well, what could go wrong if one of these snaps. I work on my hamstrings, quads, biceps, and anything else I can think of with no instruction of guidance. Maybe you want to come be my physical fitness trainer to help me use these bands correctly next time?
