Ella Raine's step-dad is out of town, so caring for her immobile stepmom, Ivy Davenport, is her responsibility this week. Luckily, Ella is a total sweetheart who doesn't mind taking care of Ivy one bit! Ivy calls for Ella to bring her a snack. Ella enters and asks if Ivy needs anything else, and Ivy admits she's used her diaper a few times and needs a change. Ella gets right to work changing Ivy's soaked diaper and freshening her up. After finishing her diaper change, Ella asks Ivy if she'd like her to freshen up the rest of her body, as she doesn't smell especially fresh. Ivy is grateful, though a bit embarrassed, to have Ella's help. Ella wipes down her fat step-mom's many rolls and applies baby powder so she won't chafe. Ivy is so lucky to have a helper like Ella.
