The story of a street whore (Joyce Alexander) caught by the local Cop (Amalieve), wrists zip tied behind her back, to be arreasted for violating local smoking laws. But the whore pleads that she'll do anything to not be taken in. Unfortunately for the streetwhore, this particular Cop is a dirty cop. The Cop pulls out several zip ties and begins to fully tie up the whore, despite her protests. Her upper body is double tied with zip ties. Her legs are triple zip tied. And her mouth is duct tape gagged. The Whore is now paying a price for violating the law. But when the cop returns, it gets worse. A hole is cut in the Whore's tape gag. Now it is time to publicly humiliate the bitch! Not one, not two, but three lit cigarettes are shoved into the hole in the tape gag, and The Whore is XXXX to smoke all 3 cigarettes in front of onlookers, as The Cop leaves with no intentions of returning to release The Whore.
