While his wife's away on a trip, a husband hatches a scheme to come up with enough money to pay rent. But he's right in the middle of re-tying his ransom captive when the landlord rings the doorbell. The husband steps out the door to argue with the landlord on the front porch -- and the captive realizes this is her chance to flee!
But she's already blindfolded!
She tries to call for help through her wrapped gag, then stands up and bravely edges from room to room, feeling her way along, bumping into walls and furniture, trying to find a door to the outside. Without her sight to guide her, is it possible she's going right past every escape route?
