Seems times are a changing and a merger between two of the true evil syndicates is now in play.
Haley Quinn comes in peace, just to relay the message from her boss that all is good, just play nice with her new dynamic role. Unfortunately for Bella, it seems the Evil Jesters Henchman is not all that ready to give up his place so easy.
He decides it will be better to negotiate from strength and hold on to Haley until he can figure things out.
