Dutch Schultz, who has been watching D.A. Dana Michaels for quite a few minutes, unnoticed, sneaks up from behind her, and chloroforms her, rendering her XXXX. Soon, The D.A. is tied with rope, tape gagged, and helpless, as she awakens to the sight of the evil Mobster Schultz. Miss Michaels is told that she will not be appearing at the trial against The Mob Boss. That she will come up missing, and the trial will be thrown out of court and the charges against Dutch Schultz's Boss will be dropped. Soon, Dana Michaels is put into industrial trash bags and hauled away, to be kept prisoner until the case is thrown out!
