Time for our adorable Girl Next Door to be put in a hogtie. At the start she is asked, "How are you doing?" Then she sticks her tongue out. She is the only one I've seen that can pull off the innocent and bratty attitude at the same time. Jessica learns rather quickly that in this position, she is even more ticklish. She can kind of see what's coming, but with her feet up like they are, they are MUCH MUCH more sensitive. Trying in vain to protect one with other, she still receives the tickling of life.
