A candidate running for Mayor, is grabbed by a woman, hired by the other candidate, to take the front runner out of the race, and out of competition! The Contract Napper's job is to keep the candidate out of circulation, until the campaign is over. Sooner, rather than later, The Mayoral Candidate is pantyhose hooded, struggling in an attempt to free herself, and get back in the race for Mayor! But, there is no escape, as The Candidate is tape tied, double tape gagged, and helpless! The Candidate is soon packaged for transport to an out of the way, hidden location, completely encsed in a plastic bag cocoon! This is a race that The Candidate is bound to lose!
