Still dressed in her Kitana costume, Bailey now finds herself hogtied. This allows us to be able to reach two of what turns out to be her most tickling spots. Her feet of course being one, the other, being the spots just under her butt cheeks! She is practically screaming with laugher as the are focused on. She is a very fun ticklee to have under ones control!
