A street prostitute, taking a break from a busy day of servicing her clients, picks a hidden, out of view location, where she can smoke, without her pimp seeing her. Unfortunately, she picks an area where there is NO SMOKING!. The local beat cop catches her red handed and immediately zip ties the prostitute's hands behind her back. The XXXXpleads with the cop to not take her to jail. She says she will do anything the cop wants.

The cop then cuts a small hole in the tape gag, and XXXX the XXXXto smoke not one, not two, but three cigarettes at the same time, as a small crowd gathers to witness the XXXX's punishment. Bound, gagged, punished and humiliated for "Smoking Violations"!
