Madame St. Clair has ruled the gambling territory in Harlem the past ten years. But, her rival, Gangster Dutch Schultz, has other plans and ideas. She sneaks into St. Clair's hideout, and captures St. Clair at gunpoint, duct taping her mouth and tying her tightly with rope. Once restrained, Schultz tells St. Clair of her plans to take over her gambling territory in Harlem, and to eliminate St. Clair from existence, once and for all! St. Clair is further tied with rope, with her legs tied atop the table. Schultz holds all the cards now. Will St. Clair escape and turn the tables on Schultz? Or will she finally pay for all her years of thievery and criminal behavior?
