Joyce Alexander falls victim to a burglar, who's calling card and trademark is drawing lip imprints on her victim's tape gags with lipstick.
When Miss Alexander arrives home after attending a dinner party, she is grabbed, tied up with electrical tape, and tape gagged, by a burglar whom has invaded her home. While Joyce struggles to escape, the burglar, better known as "The Lipstick Bandit", ransacks her home for valuables and money.
Hours later, The Bandit returns with a bag full of loot, and proceeds to take out a tube of lipstick and draws lip imprints on the tape over Joyce's mouth. Whenever Joyce is found in her helpless state, it will be well known that she has become a victim of "The Lipstick Bandit"!
