Nowhere Man has a sidekick, Nowhere Woman (Tomiko). She needs to test out her powers on a superheroine, so she chooses American Protector Agent Alexandra. She uses her belt as a device to pop her in and out of the room. She plays games with her with some K's. The real fun happens when she touches her belt and American Protector is suddenly all tied up. To shut her up, she touches her belt again and there is a nice tape gag wrapped around American Protector's head with her mouth stuffed with cloth. She leaves and we watch American Protector struggle. She manages to free herself, but Nowhere Woman is one step ahead of her. She tries to grab Nowhere Woman but with a touch of the belt she is in a straight jacket and another tape gag to shut her up. She is left there to struggle, but Nowhere Woman makes sure to tape this.
