Order Cancellation / Refund / Return & Exchange Policy

• Orders are only accepted and shipped to United States addresses.
• Order cancellations will be considered only if the request is made prior shipment of an order.
• Under no circumstances will a cancellation be entertained after an item is shipped.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed for custom created items, such as compilation DVDs, once the customization has begun. 
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective item, the item will be exchanged for a duplicate item. However, under no circumstances will a refund be issued on a damaged or defective item.  The replacement Item will be provided and shipped at no cost to the customer.
• Exchange requests will only be accepted up to 24 hours after the verified carrier deliver time.
• To obtain a replacement, forward a copy of your receipt and photographic proof of the damage to returns@xsiteability.com
