Twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-five, twenty-eight, thirty!"

OK, OK Brad told himself. So – I’m cheating a bit. But these sit-ups were a real bitch. His stomach was already flat enough – it was his chest and arms that he wanted to develop. He wiped his sweating brow. He was sick and tired of his roommate Betsy’s boyfriend mocking him. Biff was a rippling mass of muscle - a real studmeister. At least Brad thought so. Betsy was always complaining that Biff seemed to be thinking about something else when they were making out. Brad wished that he could experience that problem firsthand. He felt a stirring down below as he thought about Biff. Damn, it was just his luck. Why couldn’t Biff be like Betsy’s other boyfriends? Goofy nerdy types. Brad wouldn’t be tortured by lustful thoughts every time Biff came over. And…..the other guys would never have dared to criticize Brad. Brad had thought that he had looked just fine until Biff started hanging around. Now he was getting an inferiority complex.

"Forty-five, forty-eight, FIFTY!!!"

Whew, thank God that was over and done with. Now he could start with the weights. He wasn’t doing anything too strenuous yet. He was going to tone the muscles that he had before starting on the heavy-duty stuff. Damn, he really didn't look that bad at all. He was an idiot to let Biff get to him. Why, he would just….

"Well, well. What do we have here? The Bradster is working out? Isn’t that sweet?"

Brad felt another wave of sweat break out over his body. Biff was leaning against the doorjamb, with a sneer on his face. Goddammit, why did he have to look so hot? Brad couldn’t understand how Betsy could complain about Biff. Just the thought of running his hands over that muscled body made him feel weak.

"Hey, buddy, you’re going about this all wrong. Let me show you something that I discovered at the gym last week. It’ll make a new man out of you in no time at all."

"Umm, errr…well gee Biff…." Brad felt like an idiot, stuttering as the hunk approached him. He wondered why Biff was here – he must have known that Betsy had gone to visit her sister for the weekend. And…why was Biff carrying that rope in his hands? How very strange. Brad didn’t have any more time for thinking as Biff placed one of his huge hands on Brad’s chest and pushed him down.

"Here, let me show you how it works. You get to work on every muscle in your body. It’s a real total work out. Yup, EVERY muscle in your body."

"Umm, Biff, what are you doing. This is kind of strange. I’ve never heard of this kind of exercise." Brad was somewhat baffled – why was Biff tying him up like this? Shit, he hoped that Biff wouldn’t notice the huge erection that was battling to escape from his jock. That would be totally embarrassing. Darn, but these ropes were tight. He could barely move a muscle. How was he supposed to exercise, all trussed up like this?

"Relax, buddy, relax. Don’t you worry, ole Biff here is going to take care of you. Like I said, you’ll be like a new man when I’m finished with you."

This was getting weirder by the moment. Brad noticed the peculiar look on Biff’s face. His eyes were glazing over, and he was licking his lips. He had a sheen of perspiration on his upper lip. Brad thought about how he would like to lick off those tiny beads of sweat…fuck, he was getting horny. Hey, wait a minute. Why was Biff rubbing himself down there, in the groin? HOLY COW! Now Brad couldn’t believe that Betsy ever complained. The guy was hung like a horse. But…why was Biff sporting a stiffy now?

" You see, buddy, what you have to do is to struggle against those ropes, trying to get free. I’ll guarantee that you’ll use every muscle in your body. Yeah…every muscle."

"Umm, Biff, I really don’t think that this is a good…what the hell is that?" Brad’s eyes nearly popped out of his head as Biff pulled a red ball attached to leather straps out of the pocket of his sweat pants.

"Oh, didn’t I explain? You see, there isn’t any talking allowed with this exercise. Not one single word."

"Biff, wait…MMGGGGNNOOOOO!"

his was insane!!! What on earth could have gotten into Biff? Why was he doing this? Brad battled against Biff, trying to prevent him from stuffing that red ball into his mouth. But he was helpless. No matter how hard he strained his muscles, he was unable to move.

"Wasn’t I right, buddy? Aren’t you getting a workout? Oh yeah, fight against those ropes more. Work up a real good sweat. Oh God, yes, moan through that gag. That’s good, buddy, real good."

"GMMMMBIFFM!!! MMTHISMCRAZY! MMBETSYYY!!! MMWHATMDOING!!!!"

Brad was amazed, truly amazed. Biff had his sweat pants down around his ankles, and was pulling on his pud with all his might. Jesus Christ, but it was huge. Brad banged the bench against the floor, howling through his gag. Shit, he was going to pop himself if he wasn’t careful.

"You’ve got one more muscle that needs a work out. I’m going to have help you with that one, Bradster." Brad could only moan and watch helplessly as his pants were pulled down and Biff ripped off his stained jock strap. He closed his eyes as he felt Biff’s meaty hand jerking on his engorged member, groaning with bliss as Biff ran his enormous tongue over Brad’s sweaty chest. Now he knew why Betsy complained about Biff’s mind being on other things when they made out. He felt a brief twinge of guilt about Betsy, and then it disappeared as his entire body shook with ecstasy. Working out was so much better than he had thought it would be.

“That’s so easy!” Casper laughed at the television set.
            “What're you talking about?” Jerome’s eyes were still on the TV where they were watching an exciting film sequence in which the hero managed to barely escape from his tightly tied ropes and to defuse the bomb the bad guys had left him with just in time.
            “Anybody could get loose from ropes tied like that,” Casper was trying to put a downer on Jerome’s excitement.  “That stuff is all fake!  Don't you know that?”
            “A lot you know,” Jerome challenged his friend.  “You ever been tied up?”
            “Well no,” Casper started to crayfish like he always did.  “But that was just a movie, you know.”
            “What say I tie you up and see if you can get loose?” Jerome said seriously.
            “You mean me?  Now wait a minute.  I was only saying—“
            “I think you're letting your alligator mouth overload your Tweedy-bird ass again,” Jerome challenged the lanky Casper.
            “It’s not that, it’s only….”  Casper sputtered while he watched Jerome get up and turn off the TV set and then go into the other room.  He had done it again.  It seemed that no matter how hard he tried, he always ended up making his friend Jerome angry with him.  Then he saw Jerome coming back into the room and in his hands Jerome was holding—ropes!
            “Come on, Big Guy,” Jerome challenged.  “I want to see you wiggle those skinny bones of yours.”
            “You mean you're going to tie me up?” Casper’s voice broke.
            “Unless you're afraid?”  Jerome dangled the ropes in front of Casper’s face.
            “Well okay, but not too tight, you know.” Casper gave in even though his body was starting to tremble while it tried to tell him that this wasn't a good idea.
            But Jerome just smiled and then began wrapping some of that rope around Casper’s wrists.  At first the rope didn't feel too bad against his skin and the only thing Casper was feeling was kind of a tingling excitement down in his thighs while he began to surrender his body to Jerome.
            Up to now Jerome and Casper had only rough-housed together playing sports or butting heads and this is the first time that Casper had ever let Jerome be gentle with him.  And while he watched and felt more of the firm ropes being wrapped around his ankles, his thighs and then even his chest, Casper was growing more and more confused.  He had no idea that being tied up would feel like this.
            Then Casper looked up from the couch to see Jerome tying a thick knot into the middle of a folded orange bandanna.  “What're you going to do with that?” he croaked.
            “It’s time I kept you quiet for awhile,” Jerome smiled and showed Casper all of his teeth.
            “But…but I don't want you to put anything in my mouth!” Casper whined.
            “That’s the nice thing about having you tied up,” Jerome’s smile got bigger.  “There ain't a whole lot you can do to stop me.  Now open wide.”
            All of a sudden Casper could feel Jerome’s strong fingers on his cheek and kind of pinching his jaws lightly until Casper’s mouth opened all by itself.  And then Casper kind of gagged a little when Jerome thumbed the bandanna knot in between his teeth and then deep into his mouth.  And all of a sudden that bandanna knot felt enormous as it filled up the inside of Casper’s mouth and pushed down against his tongue.  Casper didn't like this, but before he could move his face away, Jerome was already tying the two ends of the bandanna together kind of tightly behind Casper’s neck.
            “Yea, that looks like enough.” Jerome surveyed his handiwork and kind of nodded his head with satisfaction.  Then a little black cat jumped up on the couch and looked over the bound and gagged Casper before she meowed in agreement with Jerome.
            “Now let’s see you get loose,” Jerome challenged his victim.
            Casper began wiggling and twisting and pulling against the ropes and that was when he discovered something else.  As soon as he tried to move against them, those soft hugging ropes began biting into his flesh in a very hurtful way.  Casper winced and moaned into his gag when he felt how much those ropes were hurting him, but Jerome just smiled.
            “You just keep working on it Casper.  I want you to see just how easy it is to escape.  I'm heading down to the bookstore.  If you're not loose by the time I get back, I'll try to think of some other ways to entertain you.”
            Casper couldn't believe it.  Jerome just turned his back and walked out of the room.  Then Casper heard the back door open and close.  Jerome was gone.  And now Casper was all alone in the house except for that meowing pussycat.  What was he going to do?  What if he had to go to the bathroom?  What if the house caught fire?  He'd be trapped!
            Fear drove Casper to desperation and he began to twist and strain and contort his body in all sorts of painful ways.  But none of the things he tried to do loosened those ropes even one little bit.  Instead all of his struggles just made those ropes bite deeper and deeper into his tender skin.  Then he heard the back door open and close.
            Jerome came in with his nose poked into a new book that he had bought.  Casper craned his head around and huffed and moaned into his soggy gag, but Jerome paid little attention to him.   Then Casper saw the title of the book Jerome was so interested in.  It was called “The Hostage.”  That wasn't funny.  Then Jerome laughed.
            “What’s going on Casper?  You told me this would be easy.  How come you're not loose yet?”
            Casper sighed and whimpered into his gag in surrender.  Jerome had been right.  Casper had been wrong.  “Now turn me loose!” he sluiced his words behind the juicy bandanna cloth.
            “You want me to turn you loose?” Jerome asked.
            Casper bobbed his head up and down and made all kinds of juicy sounds.
            “No, I think that would be a bad idea.  If I turned you loose now, you'd be bouncing all over the place and running your mouth so I couldn't concentrate on this book.”
            “Please….” Jerome gasped.
            “No what we need is more rope,” Jerome decided.
            Casper’s heart fell down into his feet and he almost cried when he saw Jerome coming at him with another piece of rope.  And before long poor Casper was all doubled up and tied like a turkey with his belly on the hard floor.
            Then Jerome turned insult into injury as he turned Casper into a comfy Ottoman so that he could rest his feet while he went back to reading his book.
            Casper hung his head and watched drool drip down from his cloth-filled mouth onto the floor while he begged Jerome to let him go.
            “No,” Jerome decided.  “The longer you wiggle and fuss, the longer I'm going to keep you tied up so just settle down.”
            A tear ran down Casper’s cheek.  He would never tell Jerome that something was easy ever again.
