“Hello Master! I know how important it is for me to stay fit for our sessions.” I say to you.

I continue to talk about how I have put on something that with both be non restrictive as well as pleasing. I move and step around showing off my body and outfit and being somewhat silly.

I pop over to the side to retrieve my mat. I pull it out of the bag, unroll it, and get it adjusted on the ground. I step onto the mat, put in my earbuds, start my music, and begin taking deep breaths and swinging my arms up wide. I repeat this several times.

I roll my shoulders backward and then forward. My ass swaying left and right as I allow the movement to flow through my body and not just remain in my shoulders. My hands glide gently over the tights covering my hips. I continue to warm up my joint with some large, slow arm circles. I lean and stretch and reach my arms straight up. Next up are knee lifts! You can hear each lift as the soles of my feet peel themselves away from the mat. I continue my knee lifts while also reaching overhead and bringing an elbow to each knee alternately.

I pick up a pair of blue weights and proceed to raise my arms out to my sides for several repetitions. Once completed, I roll my neck around, rubbing it, trying to release some of the tension. I stretch out my triceps, gently pulling on my elbow and leaning my hip out to send the stretch all the way down my side. I clasp my hands behind me and shift my weight around; finally bending over and allowing my arms to drop. I recover and then set up for some bicep curls!

I stand in a lunge holding a bright pink weight in my hand. I do several repetitions while smiling. Once done, I bring the dumbbell over my shoulder and raise it above my head to activate my triceps. Making sure to keep it even, complete the exercise on the other side as well providing an excellent view of my butt.

I then begin ripping strips of bright pink duct tape and pressing them onto my face. Once they are in place, I find my place in the book and read aloud. I continue reading for a while until I eventually stop and close the book.

I slowly peel the tape from my face, and display the lipstick marks inside. I then pull the panties out of my mouth like a magician doing a trick.

I unfurl a length of nylon and begin tying it around my ankle, over the purple legwarmer. Once secured, I lift my leg in the air and gently tug on the rope remainder, pulling my leg closer to my face slightly. Satisfied with my work, I move on to the other leg. I create a similar tie on the other ankle, checking the knotting of the original a few times. I coo and sigh as I work. Then, when my tying is complete, I lay down on the floor, toes pointed.

I raise my right leg high into the air and grab the loose length of rope. I pull lightly on the lashing, using it as I would a strap to intensify the stretch. I alternately bend and straighten my knee, working my strap substitute. I open my leg up to the right, stretching out my groin, flashing my crotch to the viewer. Next, I lift my leg up and cross it over my body to the left. I then roll my hips over a bit more to plant my foot on the floor and lift my ass high in the air. I balance on the tripod I’ve made with my shoulder and feet, and raise my right arm straight up above me. I release down into a twisted stretch. I maneuver myself onto my back, stacking my ankle on my leg, and pull them towards my chest. I vocalize and moan throughout my efforts. I release back down to the ground and repeat the process on the other side.

I stand back up and reposition myself for a wide front straddle stretch. I lean forward with a flat back, wiggling my toes as I hold the stretch. I release and repeat. I until the wraps around my ankles, and toss the pieces aside. I sigh heavily and move around into a head down-kneeling position. I then spend some time flexing and arching through some cat and cow poses, presenting my ass like a bitch in heat. I slide my knees wide apart into a kind of frog pose. Rocking my pelvis back and forth, shifting around the placement of the stretch in my groin. I sit back on my heels and sort through my music looking for a specific beat. Once I find the tempo I’m looking for, I spin around and glance over my shoulder at the reflection of my butt in the mirrors. I begin flexing my ass cheeks. Sometimes alternately. Sometimes together. Sometimes singles. Other times doubles. Lift up slightly. Adding small hip rolls. Leaning forward and rocking back. Bouncing my butt up and down. I finish opening up my hips with a pigeon pose on each side.

“One more thing…” Ser Ursa tells me as they reach over and pick up a big black ballgag with a pink strap; a smug and satisfied smirk on their face. They cram the ballgag in my mouth and strap it tightly in place; then leave me to complain and consider my circumstances.
